Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made online in the OFF Gallery Art Shop (editions, prints, catalogues and multiples). Works on show in the gallery and in the Online Room cannot be bought online: their price is on request.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in the cart before payment. You can pay by card (secure payment handled by Stripe), by bank transfer or on collection at the gallery. An order paid by card is marked as paid only once the payment network confirms the charge.

Shipping and collection

We ship within Italy and the European Union. You can also collect free of charge at the gallery, Via Francesco De Sanctis 15, Naples, after our confirmation email.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason (articles 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). Email us with your order number and we will tell you how to return the item. Return costs are borne by you; we refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same means of payment.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or personalised (article 59 of the Consumer Code).

Warranty

Consumers benefit from the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity (articles 128 ff. of the Consumer Code). If an item arrives damaged, email us within 8 days with a photo.

Personal data

We process your data only to handle your order, as described in the privacy notice.

Law and disputes

The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
